Attorneys Diversified Services has developed a simple permanent disability rating tool to conform to recently enacted workers’ compensation legislation (SB 899). This legislation applies to workers injured after January 1, 2005 or the determination that the injury has reached the condition of "Permament and Stationary" (P&S) has occured after January 1, 2005.

The tool requires that you enter information regarding the worker. You will provide the age, occupation, body part injured and the "Whole Person Impairment" percentage provided by the physician. You will be directed to enter this information in various screens by click the "Next" button.

You may enter impairments for multiple injuries. The impairments will then be combined for a final adjusted WPI.
Caution: This tool does not calculate adjusted impairments unless the physician provides the impairments as a Whole Person value. A future revision of this tool will accomodate conversions from body part impairment to Whole Person impairment.
